Who's being Biased

According to honestreporting.com this picture was published July 27, in the New York Times. Apparently, the times ran a caption saying that the civilian was dead which according to this honestreporting.com he was actually alive. honestreporting.com also suggests that the event which the photograph was taken was a some kind of a rescue mission not a Israeli attack.
